Welcome to this study of Discovering Healing through Grief. The western world generally does not grieve well. We are saturated with the message that we should always be happy. However, it is a false promise. We experience loss during life. Where there is loss, there is grief. We can still find joy through grieving, but we need to understand grief and grieving.
I hope this course can begin to help you Discover Healing through Grief.
