Are you open to practice some different forms of prayer?

Absolutely, and I very much look forward to learning about them. The Daily Office and Lection Divina (or at least my best attempt at it) have been my bedrock for some time. It’s going to be very helpful to be exposed to new types of prayer, especially of the contemplative family.

Hi Brian, I also have used the Daily Office for daily prayer and am looking forward to learning Contemplative prayer. I just started this course and you have written this a year ago, so, I hope you were encouraged and deepened in your prayer life and growth with God.

Good evening. I am just starting. The Daily Office provides a good foundation for prayer. As I go about my work day I look forward to sitting down to Vespers and refocusing on God. In my experience, contemplative prayer is sitting with God, talking to Him, listening.
